About the Chocolate Festival
The Austin Chocolate Festival has helped raise money and community awareness for Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and Breast Cancer. We depend on the help of the community and the festival guests to help us reach our annual fundraising goals. There are several ways you can contribute besides attending the festival. We have sponsorship and volunteer opportunities available. The chocolate lovers event consists of local chocolatiers and chocolate artisans including restaurants, bakeries, chocolatiers, patisseries, authors, and catering companies from Texas. The vendors compete against each other in several categories, offer samples to festival guests, and sell their products.
Participating vendors and other local licensed food companies are invited to compete in up to 9 categories of the chocolate competition. Each vendor can enter as many categories as they wish and are automatically entered into the Most Popular Sample and Best Booth categories. The guests of the festival and industry professionals will judge the competitions and the winners are based on their votes. Awards and will be given to the winners directly after the competition or delivered by mail. The 6th Annual 2013 Austin Chocolate Festival competition categories and times are listed below.

The main goal of Fudge For Feet is to help raise awareness inthe community and earn money to put shoes on the Austin Homeless.
The goal for 2013 is to raise enough money to put shoes on at east 50 people in need. Festival guests can sample fudge with a ticket or a small donation. 100 % of our sales will be used to purchase shoes at local stores that will be distributed at homeless shelters.
